Each tag is personalized on the front with your pet’s name and one phone number. Please provide the pet’s name (up to 10 characters) and phone number (up to 15 characters including punctuation). Long entries may need adjustment for legibility; we’ll contact you if a requested layout will not fit. Back-side printing is not currently offered.

Lightweight, flat design with a metal split ring. Approximately 2–2.2 inches across, depending on shape. Made to order; processing typically takes 1–3 business days after personalization details are confirmed. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
