Make it yours with BleuTide Collection by Cape Cod Fashionista. First choose the actual raised 3D-printed plaque design. Then separately choose an optional metal charm theme and whether to add a tassel. All pictured coastal plaque designs cost the same $10.98 with your name or initial; the metal charm and tassel are optional accessories and are not part of the printed plaque. Each style's photo is a cropped digital illustration of the design, not a photograph of a finished print. Single-sided personalization only.

1. Choose Your 3D Plaque Design

Coastal designs, $10.98 each: Lighthouse, Raised Seashell, Raised Starfish, Anchor, Ocean Wave, Sea Turtle, Hibiscus, or Sand Dollar. Choose the plaque itself from the dropdown. Add your name or initial at no difference in base price. The raised seashell and raised starfish are printed designs, not metal charms.

Other plaque designs: Classic Name ($6.98); Skateboard, Keyboard or Guitar ($10.98 each); Custom Illustration + Name (starting at $18.96 including the $7.98 design fee). The keyboard, skateboard and guitar appear in separate reference images, not the coastal collage.

2. Choose Your Add a Charm (Optional) (Optional)

Select No Charm for no metal charm, or choose a charm theme for +$1.49. The charm attaches to the metal keyring and is separate from the 3D-printed plaque. Exact charm style is subject to availability.

3. Add a Tassel (Optional)

Select No Tassel at no charge or Add Tassel for +$1.49. Specify your preferred available tassel color with personalization details.

Approximate name plaque size: 3.5–4 inches wide × 1.5–2 inches high, depending on name length and design. Measurements refer only to the printed plaque, excluding keyring, chain, charms and tassel. Size, thickness and finished details are approximate.

Personalize Your Name or Initial

Personalization details: Provide the name or initial exactly as it should appear, plus your preferred available plaque colors. Your selected 3D Plaque Design determines the shape; do not use the charm-theme menu to select a plaque shape. For Custom Illustration + Name, contact us with a clear reference before purchasing so we can confirm feasibility and any fee beyond the starting price.

Single-sided only. The reverse is plain and is not personalized.

Up to 6 letters included; letters 7–10 are an additional $0.50 each (7: +$0.50; 8: +$1.00; 9: +$1.50; 10: +$2.00). Maximum 10 letters, subject to legible fit. Please provide the name exactly as you want it printed and your preferred available colors. Longer names may require adjusted lettering or plaque proportions. Additional-letter charges are not yet automated at checkout and must be confirmed and collected before production.

Choose your preferred Add a Charm (Optional) at checkout. Each selected theme adds one coordinating charm for +$1.49. The charm hangs from the metal keyring, not the printed name plaque.

Tassel: Choose No Tassel or Add Tassel for +$1.49. Tassels are approximately 1.6 inches long; request a preferred color in your order notes, subject to availability. Both a themed charm and a tassel may be added together for +$2.98.

Examples: Ocean shells and anchors, musical notes, paws, hearts, butterflies, stars, sports motifs, and inspirational sayings such as “She believed she could so she did” or “Live Love Laugh.” Specific charms, sayings, finishes, and tassel colors pictured are not guaranteed. We will try to match your selected theme as closely as available stock allows. Accessories and dimensions may vary.

Checkout pricing: The selected total includes the 3D plaque price, plus $1.49 if a charm charm selection other than No Charm is selected, plus $1.49 if Add Tassel is selected. No Charm and No Tassel add $0. Each variant photo shows its selected plaque style; accessory choices may not appear in the photo. No second-side personalization is offered.

Custom Object or Design Requests

Have a favorite hobby object, simple drawing or logo? Ask about converting a clear reference image into a custom flat, raised 3D keychain design. Custom illustration/design fee: starting at +$7.98 in addition to the base keychain price, subject to complexity, feasibility and approval before payment. Not every photo or object can be reproduced accurately, and a photograph cannot automatically become a fully detailed 3D model. Select Custom Illustration + Name to pay the $18.96 starting total, including the base keychain and the $7.98 starting illustration fee. Please contact us before ordering to confirm feasibility, artwork requirements and any additional charges for complex requests. Customer must have rights to submitted artwork.

Materials, Ordering & Delivery

3D-printed PLA name plaque with metal keyring hardware. Optional metal charms and tassels are separate purchased accessories, not 3D printed. Choose your name, design and available colors, then tell us your preferred charm theme if purchasing an add-on. Made to order with estimated processing of 1–3 business days after all details are approved; actual timing may vary. Shipping calculated at checkout. Free shipping over $45 applies only to qualifying orders where offered.

Ordering note: Design, charm theme and tassel charges shown in the variant selector are included in the selected checkout price. The Custom Illustration + Name design option includes the $7.98 starting illustration fee in its selected price. Buyer-uploaded artwork must be reviewed before production; extra-letter fees and any design work above the starting fee require separate confirmation and payment arrangements.

Important Product Information

All measurements, sizes, colors, weights, print times and production estimates are approximate and may vary with name length, design, materials, lighting, photography and screen settings. Digital mockups are illustrative and may depict combinations or accessories not included in the base price; finished products may differ. The main photo is styled for aesthetics; actual item photographs will be added as available. PLA may soften in high heat; avoid leaving in hot vehicles. Not a toy or intended for children under three due to small parts. Inspect hardware and attachment points periodically. Metal charms are not advertised as hypoallergenic or tarnish-proof.
